EMERALD DAZZLERS IMPORTANT DATES

Mandatory Uniform Fitting:
Tuesday 4/9 (3:20-6:00)
Team members will be measured/fitted in the Dazzler locker room for a number of uniform items
Mandatory Orientation Meeting:
Tuesday, April 9th

1) All candidates selected for membership are required to attend an orientation meeting with their parents/guardians on Tuesday, April 9th at 6 pm in the HS cafeteria.
​
2) Team policies and procedures will be discussed at this time. I also encourage you to stay for our first Booster Club meeting of the year directly following!
​
3) Team: 1st Initial payment of $250 will be due.
Officers: Initial payment of $350 will be due.
Spring Practices:
1) 5/14 Practice (3:30-5:30)
​
2) 5/14 - 2nd payment of $150 due
3) 5/14Booster Club Meeting at 6pm
​
4) 5/21 & 5/28 Practice (3:30-5:30)
Physicals:
All candidates that are selected for the team will be required to have a completed athletic physical examination form dated around May 2019 on file before they may participate in practice or summer camps.

1) Mini Dazzlers Summer Camp –
5/29 (1:30pm-4:00pm)
5/30 & 5/31 (9:00-Noon)

2) Car Washes –
Saturdays 6/1 & 8/3 (8am to 2pm)

3) FILL THE BOOT! –
Saturdays 6/15, 6/29, 7/20 (8am -4pm)
Summer Practices:
1) 5/31 (12:30pm -3:30pm)
2) 6/6 and 6/7 (8am to Noon)
Practices are RECOMMENDED but not required. Any material taught will be your responsibility to learn prior to the next practice!

3) 6/6 - 3rd payment of $150 due

Officer Information
1) OFFICER RETREAT May 17-18th
​
2) OFFICER CAMP: June 2-4th Embassy Suites in Denton, TX.
Mandatory Camp:
1) ALL DAYS OF CAMP ARE MANDATORY!!!
7/31-8/2 and 8/5-8/10 from 8 am to 4 pm!!

2) 4th payment of $150 is due by 7/31!

3) Football Program Team photos & Inductions will also take place during this summer camp. Date TBD!
ITEMS TO BE PURCHASED ON YOUR OWN BY 5/28/19:
1) Team earrings (Sam Moon - $6)

2) 24 pack of bottled water
3) smoky eye shadow palette (your choice of brand)
4) Ankle weights - Recommend the 4lbs weights (2lbs per ankle)
